Dear Parents,

The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes one of our favorite traditions – the Disguise a Turkey project! This fun and creative activity allows students to showcase their imagination and artistic skills by disguising a turkey to avoid being eaten on Thanksgiving. It’s a great way to get the whole family involved and to show off your child’s unique personality. We can’t wait to see all the amazing creations that will come out of this project!

This year, we are excited to announce the Disguise a Turkey project to all of our students and their families. We know that you all have busy schedules, but we encourage you to take some time to sit down with your child and brainstorm ideas for how to disguise their turkey. Whether it’s dressing it up as a superhero, a famous historical figure, or even a favorite character from a book or movie, the possibilities are endless! This project is not only a fun and creative way to celebrate the season, but it also helps students think outside the box and develop important problem-solving skills.

Let the Creativity Begin!

We want to emphasize that this project is all about creativity and having fun. There are no strict rules or guidelines to follow – the sky’s the limit! Encourage your child to think of unique ways to disguise their turkey and help them gather any materials they may need. Whether it’s using paper, fabric, paint, or any other craft supplies, the more creative, the better! This project is a great opportunity for students to express themselves and show off their individuality, so let their imaginations run wild.

After your child has completed their turkey disguise, please make sure to send it back to school by the designated deadline. We will be displaying all of the turkeys in the classroom for everyone to see and admire. This project is a great way for students to bond with their peers and share in the joy of the holiday season. We can’t wait to see the amazing creations that your child comes up with!

Family Fun and Collaboration

We encourage you to make this project a family affair by involving siblings, grandparents, or any other family members in the fun. Get everyone together to brainstorm ideas, gather materials, and help bring your child’s vision to life. This project is a great way to spend quality time together as a family and create lasting memories that your child will cherish for years to come. So roll up your sleeves, get creative, and let the turkey disguises begin!

We are confident that this year’s Disguise a Turkey project will be a huge success, thanks to the creativity and dedication of our students and their families. Thank you for your support and enthusiasm for this fun and festive activity. Let’s make this holiday season one to remember with our amazing turkey disguises!

Warm regards,
